Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy
Order cancellation
Cancellation availability depends on the order status. If the merchant has already started preparing the order or a courier has already taken it for delivery, cancellation may be unavailable or may require additional review.
Refunds
A refund may be reviewed if the order was not fulfilled, was canceled by the merchant, was charged by mistake, or a material issue with the order was confirmed. Refund timing depends on the payment method and the payment provider.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by kitchen workload, distance, traffic conditions, weather, and operational limits on the partner side.
Pickup
For pickup orders, users should collect the order within a reasonable time after the merchant confirms readiness. The merchant may limit how long a prepared order is held.
