Tagam Delivery collects only the information needed to create and manage accounts, place orders, process payments, deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order history, device information, app diagnostics, payment-related metadata, approximate or precise location when you allow location access, push notification tokens, and photos or images that you choose to upload or capture using the camera.

Camera access is used only when you choose to take or upload a photo in the app, for example for profile, support, order, or service-related features. Location access is used to suggest delivery addresses, calculate delivery availability, and support delivery tracking where available.

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with restaurants, couriers, payment providers, analytics or hosting providers, support tools, and other service vendors when required to operate the service, complete and support orders, improve reliability, or meet legal obligations.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including account operation, order history, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data.
