Account and Data Deletion
If you created a TAGAM account, you may request deletion of the account and the related personal data.
Delete inside the app
- Open TAGAM.
- Go to the account section.
- Open profile or account management.
- Select account deletion and confirm.
Alternative request
If the in-app option is temporarily unavailable, send a request to info@tagam.delivery from the email address linked to your account and include your account phone number if needed.
What happens next
After review, the account will be deactivated and related personal data will be deleted or anonymized, except for information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Processing time
Processing time depends on the request type and may require additional identity verification to protect the account.
